We are currently involved in several commissioned or self-initiated projects. Often this forms part of a larger piece of work, such as a Hospice UK/NHSE project looking at the effectiveness of measures designed to prevent unnecessary hospital admission among people with palliative care needs. Alternatively, something small and local e.g. an audit of frequent attenders at a busy London GP practice. At other times, we find ourselves managing stakeholders involved in major trials or international clinicians involved a particular therapeutic area
